First day and why

Last night while watching TV I saw a commercial for an upcoming news segment that stated, "Find out out writing can help you to reduce stress."  needless to say I never watched the segment because I feel asleep, but when I woke up this morning it was still on my mind.  So while checking one of my fav plus size bloggers site I saw the link to create my own account, and with the help of my very rambunctious 10-year old, I came up with the name and began typing.  I'm starting this blog for many reasons, yes one of them would be because there are days when I feel I'm talking, but nobody's listening to me but me, so why not start a blog...lol.  Another reason is because I'm kind of overweight and I...no I am oveweight, and of course my numro uno new years resoulution was that this was the year that I was actually going to buckle down and get this weight loss thing going.  Of course last night I decided to have chinese takeout instead of heading to the gym. So here is where I start my pledge to get moving and lose some weight.  I figure this could be my "Decleration of Weight Loss" (amongst other things). May 5th 2011 marks the 16 anniversary of me saying to myself that I'm going to lose weight by my birthday. Well, this year I will be 32 and I'm going to do it.  I off to start my day so I will update later on my progress.
